    Answer: You would not see the Sun.

    Explanation:

    During a total lunar eclipse, the Earth is placed between the Sun and the Moon, blocking the sunlight from reaching the Moon.

    Since, the Sun is blocked by the Earth, the Moon (an observer in it) cannot see the Sun.

    From the Moon perspective it would be a total Solar Eclipse.

    Notice that, since the Earth does not shine by itself, the observer cannot see the Earth either, but the core of the question is that the Sun is blocked by the Earth and so the observer would not see the Sun.
