A civil lawsuit is brought against an individual or company whenever there are disputes in both parties. It is used to settle the conflict by letting the other party pay for whatever damages it has caused. Whenever you file a lawsuit against the other part, you might find out some coworkers who are disloyal to you. The relationship between the company and the complainant would be broken.
