    A team member is unable to perform an assigned task because there might be issue that needed to be tackled as leader and these maybe the following:

    1) the member's task assigned to him might be hard for him

    2) the task might not be achievable

    3) the task might not be fit for his abilities, knowledge and skills

    4) he might need assistance or mentorship
