The main offenders in terms of greenhouse gas emissions

I believe the answer is: Asia and Oceania.

Currently, most of factories that exist in the world are established within Asian and Oceanian region due to their large supply of cheap labours.

Because of this, they produce the largest amount of pollutant which contain CO2 that contributed greatly to the greenhouse effects.
