Inter-rater reliability

Explanation:

Inter-rater reliability is a commitment between rater and judges. if everybody agrees then inter-rater will be 100% or 1. If everyone disagrees then it will be 0% or 0. The main disadvantage it could not give any chance of agreement, and overestimated the agreement. It is referred to as the measurement of statistical data. A rater is become who collects the data or measuring data on animals, human behavior, skills, etc. It is very important for the rater to be close to the observation. If the rater is not found closer to each other than measurement will be different and have to refined all the data. In many cases the rater has been trained that how to collect, measure the data so all rater do it at the same level.
