What was the Declaration of the Rights of Man and what did it state?

    In 1789 France's Constituent Assembly approved the Deceleration of Rights of Man. It has many articles, but the main ideas are that all men are born free and equal, political association preserves the rights of man, Liberty is freedom that allows anything but the harm of someone else, nothing may be prevented which is not forbidden by law, and etc.
