The Annapolis Convention of 1786 was attended by only 12 delegates from the 5 states and it was not at all enough to do any fruitful work. The Annapolis Convention was held between September 11 to September 14 at Mann's Tavern in Maryland. The final conclusion at which the representing members agreed was sent to the United States Congress and also to the states.
