In your everyday life, watching your favorite shows could inculcate the themes of drugs, sex, and violence. There is no reason for a kid not to adjust to the thoughts of saying cuss words or praising sexual or violent acts in his/her thoughts and daily routines or actions when he/she sees them being repeated through popular media.
