1. You and your classmates are divided into four groups that govern your entire school. Each group has a different function but all groups are of equal importance. The time comes when your school needs a new law, and each group has as much to gain or lose as the others. Each group wants their version of the new law to be the one made into effect. Your school government does not have a "Supremacy Clause." Discuss why developing one is important to the success of your school government, and then write a short clause.

A good reason to discuss why developing one is important to the success of a school government is it could create a safer, high qualified and more intelligent environment within the school walls. There could be possibilities in creating laws on bullying and it can positively affect everybody involved from hero through bully and victim through bystander. Setting ground rules can intimidate someone from doing something opposing. When there are consequences to positive and negative actions not only will it make people think twice about doing something wrong, but it will also encourage these people to step up and create a more positive atmosphere.
