    Explanation:

    A group leader before takin ill must have already assigned each member to a task which should be completed. When the members come to work and discover their leader is ill it's best for them to discuss and assign roles for the day's work, identify a list of projects to be done and most importantly follow through on their assigned duty.

    Identifying and analyzing the problem isn't relevant in this case as the leader should have done that before assigning the different tasks to the group members.
