The population for Chicago is about 3,000,000. How does that compare to the total number of dead and wounded in Worl War I? (Answer as a fraction)

    It's an estimated 17 million deaths that occured during world 1. So, about 3/17. 17 can't be simplified, neither can 3 so ... 3/17 is your best op.
