How did cubism dramatically change the practice of painting in the west?

    It presented a radical alternative to traditional systems of perspective. Cubism is a style of art in which the subject matter is portrayed by geometric forms, especially cubes. There different phase of cubism; the first phase of Cubism is Analytical Cubism and Synthetic cubism.
