How does gender inequality in the film industry affect the brains of actors and actresses? (A type of survey thing, just to get opinions)

It affects them quite deeply like it would to a 14 year old boy who wants to com out to their parents but they already know how against it they are and he cant take the pain anymore so he gets into drugs and then becomes manically depressed then when know body saw it coming he writes a coming out letter to his parents next to his dead body.
