Nails are a style for woman yes it requires skill to paint and many different types of colors needed to have it look good. Yes it is considered art. Working on nails is hygiene work just like taking care your body. Brushes are used by artist and so do nail painter do too. They use specific instruments to make lines or cover other places of the nail.
