    I think it should be answer C: Add information to show how Marvin feels about Clarissa.

    Explanation:

    The character might already be drawn, and knowing someone psycologically is more important.

    The dialogue couldn't be more explanatory.

    Marvin's thoughts aren't as important as the way he behaves, as his personality.
