Who is Tomura Shigaraki and what is his quirk?

Tomaura shigaraki is a main antagonist of My Hero Academia. He serves as the archenemy of Izuku Midoriya. He is the leader of the League of Villains, whose overall goal is to become Japan's next greatest villain. Tomura's Quirk allows him to disintegrate whatever he touches with all five fingers.
