I know this is not that scary but it is for me home alone i get paranoid now because of this

Explanation:

So one time i was at my cousin's house for a sleepover and it was like 10:00 P. M. and her family said they wouldn't be home until 12:00 because they had to go have a little friend reunion so it was already like 11:37 or sumthin like that we decided to watch a quick movie and she said she was going to make popcorn so i paused the movie and i went upstairs to get something and it was dark i tried to find the lights but i heard voices and movement near the light switch so i was like nope never mind ill just wait until my cousin finished so we could go up together. i thought well maybe her sisters are home. So i went downstairs and i remember that i paused the tv well it was still running, i thought that was weird. So i went to the kitchen and i asked her if she un-paused the tv she said no and that she thought it was me because apparently she asked me if i un-paused it and "i said yea" and she said that it sounded exactly like my voice but i told her that went upstairs to get my phone and i never un-paused it and told her anything. She freaked out so did i and i asked her if her brother or sister's were home because i heard voices she said no and if not they would have called her through the home phone. So i told her to call her sisters, one of them answered and said to just stay together and go get my phone so we went up and got my phone but my cousin was paranoid and had like a kinda sharp object, i mean i would do that too tbh, then we got it and quickly went downstairs terrified. we called her again and she said to be calm but she heard on the news that a group of burglars were trying to break into people's house in the neighborhood and asked us if any of us heard noises well of course we said yes. So she told us to not go upstairs and to lock the doors and go to our grandma's house luckily she lives like four houses away but the problem is that it was late and we didn't know if they were sleeping but my aunt that still lives with them would probably still be awake. We knocked like crazy and my aunt opened the door and we asked if we could stay their for a little bit until everything was ok she said yea. we told her everything and we called the police they came after 30 min i didn't think they would come but the burglars weren't their any more but another house has called the police for hearing noises they went to the house not that far from us and they caught them, they stole my cousins i pad and they stole my other cousins jewelry along with some other things, they gave it back to us and asked us a few questions.
