    The sentence is a question which means it needs a question mark.

    The first one is a no because the question mark should be after the word doctor. There should be two marks. A question mark and a period. B qualifies yet let's check the rest. C did a switch with the punctuation marks making it wrong. S did the same mistake as A with the question mark after she asked.
