Pulmonary edema can affects the gas exchange of the respiratory because it is the accumulation of fluid in the tissue and air spaces of the lungs and can impaired the gas exchange and this cause failure of respiration. It’s either the left ventricle of the heart or an injury to the lungs who failed.
