What is the biggest difference between prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells?

    Eu. cells are animal and plant cells and have nucleus and all normal organelles, pro. cells have free floating dna and are normally bacteria

    Prokaryotic are unicellular

    Eukaryotic are multicellular / many organelles
