In the kidneys, salt which comprised of sodium and chloride, water and other minor particles usually are strained out of the blood and into the tubules of the kidney. The onset of deed after inoculation is five minutes and the period of diuresis is two hours. The diuretic result of furosemide can cause reduction of sodium, chloride, body water and other minerals. So, watchful medical supervision is required throughout action. The FDA permitted furosemide in July 1982.
