Well first of all, a flower is an angiosperm, definition of an angiosperm is, a seed protected by a substance surrounding the seed, in comparison to a gymnosperm, which it’s seeds use cones, to reproduce. So based off the lack of information I can only infer that the purpose of a flower is to reproduce to create more angiosperms.
