    Your workout should include a warm-up (5-10 minute period that prepares your body for more vigorous exercise).

    You should make goals that are reachable.

    At the end of your workout you should cool down and stretch

    The best workout routine that you should follow would be:

    1. Always stretch your body and warm first before doing any workout (it is for at least 5-10 minutes)

    2. Pick at least one routine that enhances one of the muscle parts that you want. (Either the abs, arms, butt etc.)

    3. Start with a simple workout routine for at least 5 minutes each set.

    4. Repeat a simple routine in each body part.

    5. Practice exercising daily in order to get used to the workout, so you can move on to the simple to the more complex.

    The routine should last for 45 minutes to an hour on a regular basis.
