Why don't Angiosperms need water for fertilization?

Angiosperms are already adapted to be less dependent on water for reproduction. They already have flowers that are sweet enough. These flowers attract pollinators such as bees by collecting nectar. The seeds in fruits are displaced in the environment by the animals after eating.
