    Here u go. Archaea have more complex RNA polymerases than Bacteria, similar to Eucarya. Unlike bacteria, archaea cell walls do not contain peptidoglycan. Archaea have different membrane lipid bonding from bacteria and eukarya. There are genetic differences.
