    CO2 can be pulled out of the atmosphere and dissolved in the world's oceans. The evidence of this is the abundance of creatures who build their shells out of Calcium Carbonate (CaCO3). When the shells are abandoned (or the creature dies) and the shell falls to the seafloor, the CO2 from the atmosphere will soon lithify into the rock, limestone
