The gram-positive bacteria have a cell wall than the gram-negative bacteria.

    Gram-positive bacteria are easier to destroy because they have a single membrane and cell wall, whereas gram-negative bacteria have a cell membrane, a cell wall and an outer membrane, hence making the bacteria pretty much impenetrable.
