How dose light intensity affect the rate of photosynthesis

    Presuming that all other resources needed to preform photosynthesis are there in abundance, and it is just the light intensity that holds it back, increasing the light intensity will increase the rate of photosynthesis. the opposite holds true as well.

    As light intensity increases, the rate of photosynthesis increases. As the intensity decreases, so does the rate of photosynthesis
