What is the vascular tissue that conducts water and minerals from a plant's roots to all parts of the plant called?

    It is Xylem.

    To easily remember it;

    Phloem has an F sound, so it transports food (sugars) from plants leaves all around the plant.

    While Xylem transports minerals and water from soil to leaves.
