I will conclude that the answer is B complete destruction of all predator of bighorn sheep because it is the only one that is against the recovery plan of the management of the bighorn sheep population they want to reduce the illegal poaching of the bighorn sheep, measuring the population growth annually of the bighorn sheep and identifying and minimizing disease in the bighorn sheep population.
