Welfare payment or consumer subsidies those are the provisions of the government for the welfare of the people. This is designed equivalent in purchasing goods and providing a space for services. That people will have their means to sustain their daily living. Consumer subsidies can take the direct (cash grants and interest free-loans) and indirect (tax free, rent rebates, low-interest loan and insurance) form.
