How does the vacuole (10) in this animal cell differ from the vacuole in a plant cell?

    Vacuole in the animal cell is small (occupy very less space) and temporary. vacuole in the plant cell are large (occupy more space, they push nucleus and cytoplasm to the periphery) and permanent.
