    The correct answer is D. India-Australian plate and the Eurasian plate.

    The two are being referred to as major tectonic plates which were included in the Australian continents and the oceans which are surrounding. Both were formed by the fusion of Indian and Australian plates which are approximately forty-three years ago.

    Both have plates which have no volcanic activity and they are similar in density and no subduction which takes place.
