Yes Cnideria is composed of true tissues. It has got three layers of tissues. Cniderians are considered as the most simple organisms at the tissue grade. Cnidarians have got two layers of cells. The outer epidermis mostly consists of the stinging cells known as cnidocysts. The gastrodermis or the inner endoderm contains the guts. A layer of jelly like substance known as mesoglea lies in between the epidermis and the gastrodermis. The mouth of Cnideria are often surrounded from all sides by tentacles. So these simplistic organisms have two layers of cells and also contain true tissues.
