Involuntary actions are actions humans do not have to think about. These actions are controlled by the medulla of the brain.
Ex. Heart beating, dissolving food, movement of food throughout the body etc.
Voluntary actions are controlled by us. These actions are controlled by the by the cerebrum of the brain
Ex. Reading, eating, running, etc.
