Fertilization occurs, when sperm meets egg. Basically, the sperm cells gets fuzed with the egg inside the ovule. Then each ovule developed into a seed. Each seed contains an embryo that is undeveloped. The ovary surrounding the ovules develops into a fruit and that fruit contains more than one seed.
