    I think it is False.

    Because Headlands are not formed through wave deposition.

    The answer is False. Headlands are developed when the sea barrages a portion of the coast with interspersing lines of hard and soft rock. The part of soft rock corrodes more easily than the hard ones leaving the section of land bulge out into the sea.
