    A good way to control portion sizes when you eat out is to split an entre with a friend or eat only half and take the other half home. You have to eat fewer calories. Other ideas to eat more veggies, make oatmeal more filling with diced apples, and use a whole-wheat pita in place of bread so you can stuff it with more veggies.
