If a person passes out at a party, do the following:

attempt to wake them up.

Call 911 if they do not respond.

Do not leave them alone.

If a person slump at a party, make effort to wake them up by tapping them and shouting. If there is no response, call 911 for urgent medical attention and make sure you stay with the person until the emergency crew arrive.

You should check their pulse and ensure their heart is still beating and also place them on a bed to make them comfortable and if their heart is okay and they are breathing okay then you could probably let them sleep and probably figure that it is only due to too much alcohol if indeed they have been seen drinking.
