heart failure affects the body by not traveling the blood around the body. If there is no blood going around the body the other organs who were powered by the heart starts shutting down, including the liver stomach lungs heart. The body's cells start dying without oxygen because the oxygen isn't being transported to the cells.
Heart failures affects many organs, for example the brain.
