    The reaction is possible: sucrose and water divides through hidrolysys in one molecule of glucose and one molecule of fructose:

    C₁₂H₂₂O₁₁ + H₂O = C₆H₁₂O₆ + C₆H₁₂O₆

    sucrose water = glucoze fructose

    The resulting mixture is called artificial honey
