One basic way in which those two types of reproduction differ is that bacteria can reproduce without a partner. One bacteria cell can reproduce asexually (without a partner) to produce two new cells - those cells are then identical.

Frogs need a partner - they reproduce sexually. The male produces sperm cells and the female the eggs, which later join to produce the new organism.
