The answer is identical to the original body cell or it is half of the original body cell.

A cell cannot live forever so they either divide into two new cells through mitosis or die. In the process of mitosis one cell divides into two identical cells. So, a genetic material in the nucleus of each of the new cells will be identical to the original body cell.

Beside mitosis, there is meiosis. It i s a cell division that results in the reduction of chromosome number by half. In this case, new cells will be haploid and there will be half less genetic material than it the original body cell.
