Asexual Reproduction refers to a manner in which an offspring is produced by the involvement of a single parent with the offspring produced being genetically identical to the parent.
An example of this is binary fission where the parent cell doubles in mass then the organelles is shared in half in the cell and there is a cleaving of the two cells that result in the production of an identical daughter cell.
