Generally, animals cannot digest the linkages between the glucose molecules in cellulose. How then do cattle get enough nutrients from eating grass?

    Cows have 4 stomaches, so when they digest grass what they do is they regurgitate it into cud chew on that for a while then eat it again cycling though all the stomaches.
