A client's arterial blood gas results reveal a PaO2 of 55 mm Hg. The client's admitting diagnosis is acute respiratory failure secondary to community-acquired pneumonia. What is the nurse's best action?

    I think the best course of action the nurse should take in this case is "to use a high-flow Venturi mask to deliver necessary amount of Oxygen as prescribed". The purpose of this is to reach normal levels of Oxygen which is about 80 mm Hg.
