The majority of our energy is supplied by the sun due to the energy of the sun being in the fruits and veggies that we eat. Its stored in all of our plants until we eat them, and we absorb the energy. But not all of the energy we have is supplied by the sun. We gain energy also by sleeping and allowing our body to rejuvenate.
