Cigarette smoke can affect cell differentiation during embryo development. which birth defect is most likely the effect of exposure to cigarette smoke?

    It would likely the child would have asthma when it is born because of the smoke being near the baby when you are pregnant. you can smoke but you got to be able to do it when you are not pregnant it even says that on the box.
