Why are all of us considered scientists to some extent?

For me, I believe that we are all considered scientists to some extent because we are all gifted with the same intellect and abilities as human beings. Though there are some who are naturally born with higher levels, there are some that can be improved all throughout their lifespan. It depends on the persons interest on different issues present in this world.
