    It goes from the outer ear which funnels vibrations into the ear canal. The the vibrations reach the ear drum, causing the ear drum to vibrate. the vibration of the ear drum cause the tiny bones in your ear and well as the bones in the middle of your ear to move. the last step is that these bones pass the vibrations down to through another membrane down to the cochlea
